AMA Villas is a luxurious villa estate located in Spring Farm Estates, Montego Bay, Jamaica, just 12 minutes from the airport, offering an exclusive and private experience.

Each villa rental includes: VIP Return Airport Transfers, Cinema Screening Room, Office with iMac 24” Monitor and Printer, Damage Waiver Deposit (no separate damage deposit required) Pool and Spa, Outdoor Living Room with TV and Fire Pit (SW19 only), World Class Chef with option to purchase the ALL Inclusive Gourmet Meal Plan (Alcohol not included). Alcohol may be purchased separately through our online store AMA Emporium.

Villa SW19 has 5 primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuites, a cinema room with ensuite that can sleep 2 additional guests, accomodating up to 12 guests in total. Villa 202 has 4 primary ensuites with king beds, a cinema rom with ensuite that can sleep an additional 2 guests, accommodating up to 10 guests in total.

Yes, although the estate comprises two separate private villas, Villa SW19 and Villa 202, can be rented either separately or together, depending on the size of your group.

When both villas are rented together, the entire AMA Villas estate can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests.

Guests at AMA Villas have access to shared estate facilities including a tennis court, gym, sauna, steam room, and a yoga/pilates studio.

Yes, guests have access to the beach through the iconic Half Moon Hotel.

Meals are not included during your stay at the Villas unless you purchase the all-inclusive gourmet food plan which will include all customized gourmet meals and snacks during your stay. Please note that alcohol is not included in the all-inclusive gourmet food plan, but may be purchased separately. Meals are made to order to ensure the highest quality and personalization.

Yes. Guests can receive a private cooking class. Our chef is happy to teach you how to prepare traditional Jamaican cuisine in addition to other world cuisines.

Yes. Alcohol can be purchased online in advance of your stay or at the Villas. However, to ensure that you have access to your preferred premium alcohol we recommend that you purchase your bar in advance from our online marketplace, AMA Emporium. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a link to the AMA Guidebook, which includes access to the AMA Emporium, where you may pre-select and purchase your preferences.

AMA Villas provides VIP airport round trip transfers. However, we recommend that you purchase one of our transportation driver packages during your stay so that you are able to experience the beautiful island of Jamaica. The transportation package price includes the cost of the dedicated driver and vehicle. The cost of the transportation package will be determined by the number of days you would like to have a dedicated driver and the size of your guest party. Tours fees, gas and tip are not included in the transportation package. We recommend you purchase your transportation package in advance from our online marketplace, AMA Emporium. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a link to the AMA Guidebook, which includes access to the AMA Emporium, where you may pre select and purchase your transportation preferences..

Yes. Tours and other activities can be purchased through AMA Villas from our online marketplace, AMA Emporium. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a link to the AMA Guidebook which includes the AMA Emporium where you may pre select and purchase your tours and activities.

Guests are required to complete an independent verification process via email and/or text before their booking begins.

No separate damage deposit is required however you will be charged a small fee for mandatory a damage waiver upon verification. No separate damage deposit is required.

The estate provides a Chef, Sous Chef, Butler/Concierge, Housekeeper, Landscaper, 24-hour Security Officer, and an Engineer for an impeccable stay.

Yes, VIP airport greeting and roundtrip airport transfers by private shuttle bus or car are included for guests.

Guests have access to the Half Moon Hotel where you may access: world class beaches, championship golf courses, nine floodlit tennis courts, eight pickle ball courts and an equestrian center. (Some activities may incur an additional charge).
